We are committed to producing garments of the highest quality, sourcing premium materials from trusted European suppliers. Our products are available in more than 100 retail outlets across the United States and Europe, including the United Kingdom, Germany, Slovakia, Ukraine, and Russia.

Our greatest asset is our people. B&L employs over 50 highly skilled and experienced professionals. Through well-organized processes, clear communication, and strict quality control at every stage of production, we ensure that every finished product meets the highest standards of excellence.

Our production begins with selecting top-quality fabrics from renowned suppliers, complemented by durable accessories that enhance the longevity of our garments. We specialize in woven apparel, including dresses, tops, pants, and more.

Equipped with a modern factory featuring approximately 150 sewing machines, 30 electronic cutting machines, and led by a team of four senior designers and over 100 skilled garment workers, we serve customers worldwide. Our expertise covers both jersey and woven fabrics, offering a wide range of apparel for women, men, and children — from woven dresses, evening wear, and party attire to tops, sportswear, swimwear, skirts, pants, and more.

Q1: Are you A factory or A trading company?

We are a factory, we have our own Excellent Research and Development team which helps us to offer our customer different newest original designs every week. What’s more, We have 20 years wholesale experience in the international clothing market here in China.

Q2: When will the products be deliveried if the order has been placed

The samples need 1-2 weeks , and bulk prudction time need 6-8 weeks.

Q3: Do you offer the sample to check the quality?

We will send the samples to check our fabric , designs to check the quality before the bulk order.

Q4: What about the payment?

TT 40% for the deposit ，the balance 60% need be paid before shipping .
We accept T/T. L/C for the big quantity orders, and Western Union and Paypal will be accept for the small quantity orders.

Q5: Can I have my logo on the product?

Yes, all products can be customized, it’s more than logos and brand; colors, size,patterns can be changed require.

Q6: How do I check the quality of products?

We have experienced QC team of our own and we also accept the inspection of your QC or the QC from third parties.

Q7: How about the size charts?

  • There is no need to worry if you don’t have the size charts. We can provide you a size chart suitable to your market from our rich experience; we produce after your approval.
  • If you have your own sized charts, we will make samples and produce exactly based on the size chart as you require.

Q8: How do you pack the products?

1pcs/poly bag, 120pcs/ctn, or if you would like to save more space for shipment, we can do compression packing. Or as your require.

Q9: What is the quantity of the order?

The order quantity is 300pcs/color for one style , but if you are a new business , we can negotiate about the order quantity. welcome you to contact us.
